To place an order with Badland Knives, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card information. Orders may also be placed by phone by calling us at 386-846-8458. We're here to help with any questions you may have. Email support is available by using our contact page.

Guarantee/Returns
Badland Knives takes pride in offering high quality products. We hope that you're happy with the knives available here. If you need to return a product, please first contact us so we can ensure that everything goes smoothly with your product return. We cannot accept returns without authorization.
Email correspondence regarding returns should be sent to support@badlandknives.com. We're also available by phone at 386-846-6458.
Credits-refunds for authorized returns will be issued within 30 days from receipt. Merchandise must be in original packaging and sellable condition. A restocking fee of 15% may be charged for returned items. We can not accept any returns of items after 30 days of receipt.
No refunds will be given for shipping costs.

Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods will be shipped at prices in effect at time of shipping.
Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 7 business days from when your order was placed. Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate time to ship. Some of our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments. If you require a rush order, please call us, at 386-846-6458 to discuss special arrangements.
At this time, we cannot ship outside the U.S. or Canada.
No Minimum Order Requirement!
Badland Knives has no minimum order requirement for most of our products.
Knife Shipment Policy
Knives will only be shipped to customers over 18 years old where there are no Federal, State or Local Laws that prohibit knife purchases.
Back Orders
Any item that is out of stock will be backordered for shipment when product is available, unless stated otherwise. All items are subject to availability and prior sale.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Florida (7%).
